Refund & Returns Policy

This Refund & Returns Policy outlines the terms under which Satpros Software provides refunds for its software and streaming services.

1. Digital Services

All our products and services are digital in nature, including streaming servers, software licenses, and subscriptions. Once activated, services are considered delivered.

2. No Refund Policy

Payments made for subscriptions, licenses, or services are non-refundable once the service is activated.

3. Trial / Demo Access

Where available, demo or trial access is provided so customers can evaluate the service before making a purchase.

4. Service Interruption

We are not liable for refunds due to internet issues, third-party outages, force majeure events, or user misconfiguration.

5. Exceptional Cases

In rare cases where a refund is approved by management, it will be processed within 7–14 working days. The decision of Satpros Software shall be final.

6. Subscription Renewal

Failure to cancel a subscription before renewal does not qualify for a refund.
