Welcome to Satpros Software & Streaming Solution. These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our streaming servers, software, dashboards, APIs, and related services. By creating an account or using our services, you agree to be legally bound by these Terms.

1. Service Description

Satpros provides professional live streaming, OTT, RTMP, HLS, and broadcast distribution solutions. Service availability depends on the subscription plan selected by the user.

2. User Responsibilities

• You are solely responsible for all content streamed or uploaded using your account.
• You must ensure compliance with copyright, broadcasting, and IT laws.
• You must keep your login credentials and stream keys confidential.

3. Prohibited Content

The following content is strictly prohibited:

• Pornographic, sexually explicit, or adult material
• Hate speech, violence, terrorism, or illegal activities
• Copyrighted content without proper authorization
• Malware, phishing, hacking, or harmful code

Violation may result in immediate suspension or permanent termination without any refund.

4. Subscription, Payment & Auto Renewal

• Subscription fees must be paid in advance.
• Services may auto-expire if payment is not renewed.
• Features automatically increase after successful payment.
• No refunds for partial usage or violations.

5. Bandwidth & Resource Usage

Each plan has defined limits. Abuse of bandwidth, server load, or bypassing limits may result in suspension.

6. Service Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance, upgrades, or external issues may cause temporary downtime.

7. Data & Recordings

Users are responsible for backing up their content. Satpros is not liable for data loss due to expiration, server failure, or deletion.

8. Limitation of Liability

Satpros Software shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from service usage, downtime, suspension, or termination.

9. Account Suspension & Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or applicable laws, without prior notice.

10. Changes to Terms

These Terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Indian courts.
